Participation deadline

LEGAL TERMS TRIP TO AMSTERDAM GREENHOUSE GIVEAWAY MARY JANE25

1. Organizer
GHSC Trading BV, a company specialized in seeds and fertilizers (here in after GREENHOUSE), with registered office at
Keienberweg 51, 1101 GA Amsterdam, Netherlands, and VAT number NL821278940B01, organizes this promotion.

2. Participation Period
The promotion will run from June 19 to June 22, 2025, until 4:00 p.m.
3. Participation Requirements and Mechanics
3.1. Eligible Participants
All individuals over the age of 18 who:
- Attend the Mary Jane25 event.
- Have an Instagram account enabled to receive direct messages and/or provide a phone number.
- Make a purchase of more than 50€ at any GREENHOUSE stand.
- Validate their participation by registering a code received after the purchase via QR link and completing a form with their name, email, phone number, and Instagram account.
Optional: Follow the official Instagram account @greenhousefeeding_worldwide and share a story using the hashtag #GreenHouseTrip.
3.2. Participants who meet the above requirements will be entered into a draw for a trip for two to Amsterdam.
3.3. Only those who fulfil the above criteria will be considered valid participants.
3.4. One winner and five alternates will be selected at the end of the promotion period via a random draw using the innocent hand method and verifying the registered code.
3.5. The winner will be announced at the stand and contacted via direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp after their name is published on the official account.
They will have 24 hours to accept the prize. If declined, alternates will be contacted in order.

4. Winner Announcement
Winner will be publicly announced at GREENHOUSE booth S3 and on GREENHOUSE official Instagram account: @greenhousefeeding_worldwide & @greenhouseseedco

5. The Prize
The winner will receive:
- Two nights in a private apartment in the city center.
- Round-trip flights to Amsterdam from any EU location for 2 people (economy class).
- 100 credit to spend in GREENHOUSE stores.

Conditions:
- Travel dates are subject to availability and valid for one year from the draw date.
- The prize does not include unlisted transfers, meals, or personal expenses.
- The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

6. Limitations
6.1. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be invalidated.
6.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be changed or exchanged.
6.3. The winner must be a natural person.
6.4. Contest valid only in EU countries.
6.5. Complaints can be submitted within 15 calendar days of prize award.
6.6. GREENHOUSE reserves the right to modify, suspend or extend the promotion if justified.
6.7. If necessary, GREENHOUSE may replace the prize with another of similar value.

7. Disclaimer
7.1. GREENHOUSE is not responsible for any losses, delays, or technical issues affecting the promotion.
7.2. In cases of force majeure or fraud, GREENHOUSE may cancel or modify the promotion.
7.3. Instagram and Facebook do not sponsor or manage this giveaway.

8. Modifications
GREENHOUSE may amend these terms provided participants rights are not adversely affected.

9. Image Rights
The winner authorizes GREENHOUSE to use their name and image on social media and promotional materials related to this giveaway without financial compensation.

10. Responsibilities
GREENHOUSE is not responsible for incorrect participant data or incidents preventing enjoyment of the prize after it has been awarded.

11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1. Participation implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
11.2. GREENHOUSE may cancel the giveaway without generating participant rights to claim.
